WHO WE ARE


Timex Group Luxury Division, headquartered in Switzerland, is part of the Timex Group, a privately-held company with its main office in Middlebury, Connecticut. Timex Group is one of the world’s largest watchmakers, boasting multiple operating units and a global workforce of over 3,000 employees. The company produces watches for a variety of prestigious brands, including Timex, Adidas, Furla, Gc, Guess, Missoni, Nautica, Ferragamo, Philipp Plein, Plein Sport, Ted Baker, and Versace.

Timex Group Luxury Division was established in 2004, following a licensing agreement with Versace, enabling the design, manufacture, and distribution of the Maison’s exclusive timepieces and jewelry.

In 2007, the division expanded its portfolio by acquiring the license to design, manufacture, and distribute watches for Ferragamo, which debuted its collection at Baselworld in 2008.

Further expansion occurred in December 2019, with the announcement of a licensing agreement to create, develop, and distribute a new watch line for Missoni.

Most recently, in 2022, the division secured an agreement to produce and distribute Philipp Plein Watches and Jewelry collections.

The Timex Group Luxury Division distributes watches in more than 90 countries and covers various channels: mono-brand boutiques, department stores, independent retailers (more than 1000), duty free shops, cruise lines, and airlines and the fast growing on-line business. The Timex Group Luxury Division has achieved yearly double digit growth since 2004, with strong global distribution.
